    As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), QCS Group delivers comprehensive IT services, managed support, CCTV solutions, cloud solutions, network security, telephone systems, mobile phone services, and hardware procurement and maintenance to businesses across Australia.

    This Application for Credit is required for all new customers seeking to trade on approved credit terms with QCS Group. Filling the form out will only take around 5 minutes.

    QCS Group collects personal information for the purpose of assessing credit applications, managing customer accounts, and complying with legal obligations, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    By submitting this Application for Credit, the Applicant:

    • Confirms that all information provided is true and correct

    • Applies for credit facilities with QCS Group Pty Ltd

    • Acknowledges that all goods and services supplied by QCS Group are provided strictly in accordance with QCS Group’s Trading Terms and Conditions

    • Understands that in some cases, hardware will be paid up front with the balance to be paid on completion of installation

    • Agrees to be bound by those terms as amended from time to time
